Duane came over today to fix my water line to my fridge that sprung a leak. He called and told me he was on his way and was there on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and able to fix the broken hose. He also gave a quick inspection of my fridge to make sure all was well with it and let me know what to look for in the future with my aging icebox. Thanks Duane!

I dont typically leave reviews but I had such a good experience with Appliance Works that I wanted to share it. First, my initial call was answered immediately by a real person. They offered to come out that very day and repair my refrigerator even though it was not an emergency. My technician Duane was superb. He explained things thoroughly and answered all of my question.
