Duane was awesome. Came out for my washer. Turns out it wasn't working due to an error I made. A lot of companies would have replaced something that didn't need replacing. He went through everything with me and gave me some tips on using. I'm definitely keeping his card for when another appliance needs work. Lydia in the office was so sweet too when I called.
