Gave me a call when he was 10 minutes away. Mathew was on time. I had time to get the dogs secured outside. He figured out the problem quickly and had the repair done as quick. I would use Appliance Works again.
Duane was awesome. Came out for my washer. Turns out it wasn't working due to an error I made. A lot of companies would have replaced something that didn't need replacing. He went through everything with me and gave me some tips on using. I'm definitely keeping his card for when another appliance needs work. Lydia in the office was so sweet too when I called. I understand now why this company has a 5 star rating!!!

Great technician, but I felt like I shouldn't have been charged, since he couldn't fix the problem – but in fairness, was told before he came out to the house that there was a service charge.
Dwayne was on time and accurate with his diagnosis. A few days later when the parts came in, Dwayne returned and did a precise repair of the refrigerator. He described exactly what he was doing while the repair was taking place. Highly recommend appliance works for any repair that you may have to household appliances.
